Exercise To Keep Your Computer-tired Eyes in Good Condition

Researchers at the Southwestern Medical Centre at the University of Texas recommend heavy computer users to follow the 20-20-20-20 healthcare strategy to reduce eye strain. The strategy has been designed as a solution to computer vision syndrome which affects millions of workers and game console addicts.

20-20-20-20 Strategy

Researchers have come up with a simple exercise they claim could stop computer users getting eye strain.

Every 20 minutes the computer user should take a break for 20 seconds, look at objects that are 20 feet away and blink 20 times in a row.

Blinking is nature's way of keeping the eyes moist and those blinks help to lubricate and refresh.
