For years I've used optical
illusions in my classes and counseling to show that reality is a
matter of interpretation. Even seeing isn't believing! Learn to
question what you see and
what you believe. Take a moment with each of the three steps
below.
Step 1:
If your eyes follow the movement of the rotating pink dot, you
will only see one color, pink.
Step 2:
If you stare at the black + in the center, the moving dot turns
to green.
Step 3:
Now, concentrate on the black + in the center of the picture.
After a short period of time, all the pink dots will slowly
disappear, and you will only see a green dot rotating.
Yes, our brain constructs reality.
There really is no green dot, and the pink ones really don't
disappear. This should be proof enough that appearances are
often illusions.
In fact, there is no movement at
all, only pink dots that are showing up and then disappearing.

By
questioning your assumptions,
beliefs, and thoughts you will grow and
succeed
at a much faster rate. Our automatic thoughts and
"conclusions" can hold us back if we are not conscious about
examining them!
One
habits
I've created is to come up with at least one good
question every single day. A well formed question carries the
answer on its back like a turtle carries a shell.
I actually write the one line
question down each day, and the answers always come.
Start questioning
today.
Our
perceptions
create our reality. Learn to manifest in the inner realm,
and the outer realm merely follows suit. Stop putting so
much stock in the physical world, it's a world of appearances.
